Description
This high-fenced, turn-key hunting/recreational ranch is located in the transition zone of Medina County. Featuring both excellent Hill Country Views and brushy South Texas Whitetail habitat. With large neighbors and a nice wide shape, the ranch is private and very peaceful. Since 2003, the ranch has been under a Texas Parks and Wildlife Managed Lands for Deer Permit. With professional and strict management, supplemental feed, continuous habitat improvement, the whitetail deer herd is strong and robust.

The ranch features a balance of bottomland featuring nutritional grasses, hardwood canopy and fertile soils with hilltops displaying impressive long range views. Elevations range from 1,150 ASL to 1,420 ASL. The Domino Ranch is well watered with three watering stations, numerous piped water troughs, two stock tanks, a small lake near the private cottage loaded with catfish. The Domino contains a 300 acre soft release trap, a ranch style cottage, foreman's home. The hunting lodge complex features four one bedroom sleeping quarters, a separate kitchen and dining hall, a one bedroom one bath suite, outdoor BBQ pavilion and rock fire pit. There are two sets of working cattle pens, a 100’ x 200’ implement barn, 20’ x 20’ workshop on slab, 20’ x 20’ metal storage building on slab, walk-in cooler, electric corn silo and private shooting range.

Vegetation
Live oak, cedar elm, lacey oak, persimmon, black walnut, escarpment cherry, mesquite, western cedar. Brushes include prickly pear, guajillo, kidneywood, mountain laurel and agarito.

Minerals
It is believed the current ranch owner controls 50% of the minerals and 100% of the executive rights.
